The alumnus of the Proditec GmbH & Co. KG Mr. Thomas Post and Mrs. Andrea Dreymann as well as the former production manager of the SignTronic AG in Switzerland Mr. Gerald Wegner, founded in April 2015 the SignTronic UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Since that time the main task is the installation and support of the StencilMaster made by SignTronic AG in Switzerland as well as the installation and support of the Proka. As the Proditec GmbH & Co. KG has stopped their economic activity in 2010, 80 % of the qualified staff could find a new working place with the SignTronic UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

In December 2014 the SignTronic UG (haftungsbeschränkt) changed its company name and operates under the new name:
