Liability for contents

Corresponding to sec. 7 subs. 1 TMG we are as access provider responsible for own contents on these pages according to the general laws. Corresponding to sec.sec.8 till 10 TMG we are however not liable to supervise, transmitted or foreign stored Information or to research after circumstances which advise on an illegal activity. Obligations to the removal or blocking of the use of information according to the general laws remain untouched of this. A respective liability is however only on that point in time of the knowledge of a concrete infringement possible. On becoming aware of corresponding infringements we immediately delete those contents.

Our variety contains links to external web pages of third parties on those contents we have no influence. Therefore we do not accept any liability on these external contents.
